Chicken is great and all but the real star in a good Hainanese Chicken Rice is the Rice itself. Dollee has blended the most fragrant ginger in Malaysia with garlics and shallots to produce a paste that simply is added to your standard rice cooker for a fragrant and mouthwatering Hainanese Chicken Rice.

Cooking Instructions

Prep. Time:as long as it takes your rice to cook

Ingredients:

1 bottle Dollee Hainanese Chicken Rice Paste

750g (5 Cups) of fragrant rice

3-5 tbsp oil

900ml water

Wash 750g (5 Cups) of fragrant rice.

Add 3-5 Tablespoons of Oil and pour in 1 jar of DOLLEE Hainanese Chicken Rice Paste. Add 4 pieces of pandan (screwpine) leaves (optional).

Add 900ml water and mix well. Stir once when rice is boiling

Cover till rice is cook.
